If you’ve spent any length of time around horses you may have realized that horses have just as much, if not more to teach us, as we have to teach them. And many of those lessons go beyond our horse work and into our life outside of horses. This podcast will explore the mental and emotional side of working with horses as well as lessons learned from horses that apply to life in general, self improvement, handling emotions, and improving mental health.
