Bethany did a great job of explaining the elusive seat. I liked the progression of the class, easy to understand, and the homework was beneficial. I plan to review the videos and make this information a regular part of my riding.

A great class to build skills for the independent seat. Bethany reviews how to develop timing of the horse’s movement with the movement of the rider’s pelvis and posture. The videos are very helpful.
